Browsing the website

This website does not include a contact form, visitor account, advertising pixel, or site analytics script. Fonts and artwork are served with the website rather than loaded from third-party font or image services.

Hosting and network providers necessarily process technical information to deliver and protect the site. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process network and diagnostic data and use security mechanisms under its own policies. Infrastructure logging and retention are controlled by the relevant services; this notice does not promise that browsing is anonymous or that no technical records exist.

Your theme preference

If you switch the light or dark theme, the website attempts to save your choice in your browser’s local storage under elmanq-theme. This is a local preference, not an advertising identifier. It stays until you clear site data or change it. If storage is unavailable, the site still works; your preference may not persist. Without a saved choice, the theme follows your device setting. A “Use device theme” control below removes the saved preference.

Contacting ELMANQ

Email links open your chosen email application. Clicking a link does not submit an enquiry to this website. If you send an email, Ori receives the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, business details, and message. The receiving mailbox is provided through Gmail; your own email provider also processes your message.

Enquiry information is used to respond, assess fit, discuss or deliver agreed services, and maintain necessary business records. It is not used to automatically subscribe you to marketing. Do not include passwords, API credentials, customer records, or confidential account exports in an initial enquiry.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by email, hosting, and security providers as necessary for these purposes, or disclosed when legally required. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. No advertising-data sale or visitor profiling feature is implemented in this website. Project-specific tools and data-processing arrangements are addressed separately before access is granted.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry correspondence is retained only as needed for the discussion, any agreed work, reasonable business records, and applicable obligations. A fixed retention period is not stated here. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry information by email. Identity checks and legal retention requirements may apply; the rights available to you depend on applicable law.
